This course will empower you to:-
How to meditate, and learn meditations (that are not ‘too hippy or weird’) for daily self-preservation,
These are fairly simple and relatively easy techniques that anyone can learn, and that are very effective when practiced.
A breakdown of what is covered on the course:-
No weird 'hippy' meditations here (though those can be nice too!). Here we teach you simple everyday meditations that can help you manage a variety of mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression/low mood, or anger, as well as some for everyday issues such as wanting deal with unhelpful people!
You may now be familiar with yoga or meditation, or mindfulness and perhaps find that meditation seems a little odd or scary and strange, and so the intention here is for you to learn and practice some simple meditations that well enhance your daily living experience.
You will learn how to start a mediation practice, various meditations and also have access to audios and task sheets to support your lesson.
All lesson modules have films, task sheets, and/or audios to help you with the practices.
All course content is designed for you to learn at your own pace and will no time limit. However, there is email help and support is also available if you need it. Sarah Swindlehurst/Mulliner is qualified in all these areas and techniques and will help you with any if required.
